What is a coach exactly?

Remember when you played volleyball in high school and there was a coach who ran drills at practice, pumped you up before a game, cheered you on during the game, and worked with you afterwards to improve? That is what a coach does and a Health and Life coach is no different. We will work together to identify what needs to change, then break it down into actionable steps based on where you are and where you want to go.

Are you certified?

Yes! I am a certified health and life coach with the Health Coach Institute. It is a 6-month program that utilizes in-person and online learning with live skills sessions and feedback. I have personal experience with therapy, psychiatry, nutrition, and coaching.

Is my information private?

Absolutely. I may not be a Doctor but you have complete Doctor/Client privileges. I will not sell your personal information nor will I post anything that you’ve said without your prior consent.

Is this system the same for each person?

While the structure of the system is the same for each person, the content is not. Each person going through a program will have a personalized plan depending on the needs of the individual. It’s ‘bespoke’ if you will.

Let’s talk money, how much we talkin’?

The cost of each program includes our time and agreed-upon work together. There will be additional costs when it comes to your website, and use of other programs. We will go over all of this when we talk and we will take a number of things into consideration, including costs, when we decide on the outside programs that will be used. Please refer to the company’s pricing information linked in the reference sheet.

Are results guaranteed?

Your results will be dependent on how ready you are for change and a reflection of the effort you put in.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Each program can be canceled prior to the first session for a full refund or -$100 prior to the second session. There will be more details outlined in our contract. I want to make sure you have an awesome experience and though it is likely we will know if the program is right for you and me after our initial Discovery Call, things can change.

Do you have an office and are sessions in person?

No, I do not have an office at this time. Sessions will be conducted via phone or internet (Facetime, Skype, Zoom, etc.)
